To render arbitration effective, the contract made between the parties must include an arbitration clause stating the parties’ willingness to submit controversies to the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Court. Arbitration is available both to EACC members and nonmembers.
