Toda controversia o diferencia relativa a este contrato, a su ejecución, liquidación e interpretación, será resuelta con la asistencia de un mediador del Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de la Cámara Ecuatoriano Americana. En el evento  de que el conflicto no fuere resuelto mediante este procedimiento, las partes lo someten a la resolución de un Tribunal de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio Ecuatoriano Americana, que se sujetará a lo dispuesto en la Ley de Arbitraje y Mediación, el Reglamento del Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de la Cámara de Comercio Ecuatoriano Americana, y, a las siguientes normativas y preceptos:

El Tribunal está integrado por ... (número impar) de árbitros, designados por el CAM de la Cámara de Comercio Ecuatoriano Americana de conformidad  a lo establecido en la Ley de Arbitraje y Mediación. El Tribunal decidirá en ... (derecho o equidad).

Para la ejecución de medidas cautelares, el Tribunal Arbitral está facultado para solicitar de los funcionarios públicos, judiciales, policiales y administrativos su cumplimiento, sin que sea necesario recurrir a juez ordinario alguno.

El lugar de arbitraje serán las instalaciones del Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de la Cámara de Comercio Ecuatoriano Americana.

Any controversy or claim arising out of this contract, its execution, liquidation and interpretation, will be resolved with the assistance of a mediator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce. In case, the conflict its not resolved through this procedure the parties agree to submit the resolution to an Arbitral Tribunal of the Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce. The Tribunal shall be determined in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation law and the rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce and to the following rules and norms:

The number of arbitrators of the Arbitral Tribunal shall be (odd number), designated by the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce according to the Arbitration and Mediation law. The Tribunal must rule by (law or equity).

The Arbitral process is confidential.

The place of arbitration shall be at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce.
